Special Indie Feature: Jindie Nails

Hello, again!

It was a little over a year ago when I first started my indie nail polish collection and ever since my first purchase, I was hooked! For my first special indie feature I'd like to showcase the brand who started it all, my first indie purchase ever was from Jindie Nails! Jen, not only comes up with lovely polishes with amazing formulas, but offers some of the finest customer service around. She's gone through some rough times with family illnesses and changes in staff but I have much respect for her as an indie maker and as an amazing mother to her son.

After having to destash some of my babies, I still have 17 Jindie pretties in my collection and will be showing them off throughout the week. Today, I will be showcasing 6 of them for you!

To start, here is Sippin' on Jindie Juice, an exclusive limited edition iris colored holographic polish that is currently sold out. Shown here is 2 thin coats, no topcoat except over the accent nail. I added a simple lace stamp over it using my Pueen stamping plates and Mundo de Unas stamping polish in white.

Next up is Princess Breath, a light teal crelly packed with holographic and metallic glitters in fuchsia, lime green, dark purple, silver, and teal. It's hard for me to pick just one favorite from my Jindie stash but this is definitely in my top 5. 3 thin coats with topcoat.

Here we have Lights Out, a lovely charcoal gray polish filled with red, fuchsia, and pink metallic and holo glitters. 3 thin coats with topcoat.

Perfect for October, this is Screaming Halloween, a Llarowe exclusive from the October 2013 A Box Indied subscription box. Such a fun polish, and a very unique color filled with yellow-orange, orange, black, pink, green, lime green, glitters, and black stars and half moon glitters.

Up next is Dead Roses, another beauty from the Llarowe's February 2014 A Box Indied. A vampy red/wine polish with holo fuchsia circles and smaller fuchsia glitters shown here in 2 thin coats with topcoat.

And last but not least, here is Betty's Fetti Milkshake. Such a suiting name for this polish, this is filled with tiny micro glitters that look like sprinkles! Shown here in 3 thin coats with topcoat.

That's all for today. This is technically my first nail polish blog post and is all so new to me. Normally, I just post pics on my IG account but this is a whole new ballgame. I'll be featuring some other Jindie babies later on this week so be sure to stay tuned!
